These terms set out the basis on which we provide our services. By booking or paying for a service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Our services
We provide AI setup and training, and build websites, marketing systems, funnels, efficiency tools and related digital work for small businesses. The exact scope of each piece of work is agreed with you in writing before we start.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is:
50% on booking — to confirm and reserve your work.
50% on completion — once the agreed deliverables are finished and working.
Monthly support plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
The booking deposit secures your slot and covers initial work; it is non-refundable once work has begun. Quoted prices are for the scope agreed; significant changes or additions may be re-quoted before proceeding. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
Your responsibilities
To deliver your work well, we'll need you to provide the information, access and feedback we reasonably ask for, in good time. Delays in providing these may affect timescales. You're responsible for the accounts and tools that remain in your name (for example AI accounts, email or hosting), and for any third-party subscription costs should you choose to upgrade beyond free tiers.
About AI-generated work
AI tools are powerful but not perfect. Content, drafts and outputs created with AI should always be reviewed by you before use, as they can occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We set things up to a high standard and show you how to check and refine outputs, but we cannot guarantee that AI-generated material will be error-free, and final responsibility for what you publish or send rests with you.
What we deliver
We take care and pride in our work and aim to deliver everything as agreed. We can't, however, guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular number of leads, sales or savings, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Our service is provided on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use. Underlying methods, systems, templates, processes and design remain the intellectual property of Wizardtec Ltd and may be reused on other projects. You may not resell or redistribute our methods or materials as your own.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid for the relevant work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party tools or services.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time; the booking deposit is non-refundable and any work done beyond it will be invoiced. Monthly support can be cancelled before the next billing date. We may decline or end work where it falls outside what we offer or where these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your work is the one in force when you book it.
